That’s right, St Christopher’s has joined the world of blogging. We are looking forward to another exciting year of supporting vulnerable young people through foster care, children’s homes and our 16 plus services.
Our hopes for this year include finding more foster carers, enabling us to support even more young people. We have foster carers in the East of England, London and the West Midlands.
We decided to start this blog because we wanted more people to hear the inspiring stories and achievements of both our foster carers and young people. The idea is to give all of our foster carers the opportunity to guest blog about their fostering journey.
So what can you expect from us over the next month? We have a guest blog from Jeanne about how fostering has benefitted her children. Dawn and Roger talk about how they’ve helped their foster child do better at school and Doreen shares why she swapped career.
